As my spouse will tell you, I often mock something and then decide I really could use it. Email (I thought we could share an account); Palm; GPS; and now twitter. Although JP does not twitter.
But I do. God forgive me.

I’m trying to figure out how it can be used for a few different church benefits–
1. to make worship more meaningful and interactive for folks who twitter.
2. to be a means to communicate more quickly with the congregation.
3. to enhance our evangelism efforts in the community.
Love to hear ideas from other folks about it. I also started a church twitter, so my personal acct won’t have to be used on sunday mornings.
I have dabbled with Twitter but unless you have a bunch of friends doing it, it doesn’t really work. All of my tweets seemed to be about food. I love your “God forgive me.” Did you hear of the church that is encouraging people to tweet during church on Sundays? Wonder how that is working for them? If my husband started using Twitter, he’d be off to Facebook and his work emails. Not sure that it is a good idea.
Ah, but I _do_ twitter, my dear. You just haven’t been following me…
